Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

• Within India: 5–7 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
• Standard shipping fee of ₹99 for orders below ₹999

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Delays Fuel Kicks is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your support email] with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve it promptly.

Shipping Locations We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
